The Platform / Website: Refers to www.aidajewelryedu.com and its management.The User / Student: Any person who visits the website, creates an account, or joins the training courses.Services: Includes recorded training courses, live workshops, digital files, instructor mentorship, and jewelry design consultations provided online.
2. User Account and Security
Eligibility: By registering on the website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are browsing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.Accuracy of Information: The user commits to providing true, accurate, and updated information (such as name, email, and payment details) during the registration process.Account Confidentiality: The user bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information (username and password) and for any activities that occur under their account.Prohibition of Account Sharing: It is strictly forbidden to share account data or allow more than one person to use it. If discovered, the platform reserves the right to close the account immediately without compensation.Data Retention and Automatic Account Deletion: All customer data and accounts are retained on the platform for a duration of 6 months. After the 6-month course period elapses, the platform will automatically delete the user account in full along with all associated data.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyrights
Content Rights: All educational materials available on the platform (including videos, explanations, images, designs, CAD files, and e-books) are the exclusive intellectual property of www.aidajewelryedu.com.Limited Use: The student is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and benefit from the content for personal learning purposes only.Prohibitions: It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, download, record, distribute, sell, or publish any part of the course content on any social media or other platforms without prior written permission from the platform management. Any violation exposes the perpetrator to legal accountability and prosecution.
4. Fees, Payment, Mentorship, Certificates, and Refunds
Prices and Fees: Course prices are subject to change at any time at the platform's discretion. Changes do not apply to courses already purchased.Payment Methods: Payment is made through the secure methods available on the website, and the student commits to using legitimate and valid payment methods.Installment Payment Plan: When choosing the installment plan, parts of the course will remain locked until the second installment is paid after one month from the date of enrollment.Mentorship & Support Duration: For packages that include direct instructor mentorship, technical sketch evaluations, or exercise reviews, the mentorship service is valid for exactly 30 days from the official date of enrollment/registration. Access to the recorded course videos remains available according to the package terms, but direct instructor feedback and evaluation services automatically expire after the 30-day period.Notice Regarding Installments: When choosing the mentorship option with installments, you may not be able to request consultations or evaluations for the final part of the course due to the expiration of the available 30-day mentorship period.Certificate Issuance Requirements: To obtain a course completion certificate, the student must achieve 100% completion of all required lessons. Additionally, if the student is subscribed to an installment payment plan, all remaining installments must be paid in full before the certificate can be issued.Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are considered final. Refund requests will only be honored under the exclusive terms outlined in the Return and Refund Policy (specifically in cases of technical defects preventing content access, provided no more than 3 lessons have been watched).
5. User Conduct and General Rules
The student undertakes the following while using the platform and interactive groups (if any):Not to post any offensive or inappropriate content, or content that violates the rights of others.Not to use the platform for any unauthorized commercial or advertising purposes.To respect instructors and colleagues in discussions and interactive workshops. The platform reserves the right to block any user who misbehaves without refunding the course fees.
6. Disclaimer and Warranties
Individual Results: The platform makes every effort to provide high-quality professional and scientific material in the field of jewelry design. However, student success and skill acquisition depend primarily on personal effort, consistency, and practical application. The platform does not guarantee specific marketing or financial results.Technical Failures: The platform strives to maintain website stability at all times but does not guarantee the absence of temporary technical interruptions beyond its control, and undertakes to resolve them as quickly as possible.
7. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
www.aidajewelryedu.com reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from the use of the platform.
